  • Targeted discussions / Key questioning

  • Delve into needs :
  • Individual interviews (stakeholders)
  • Co-creation :
  • Based on your culture and starting point
  • Confidence
  • Peace of mind
  • Structuring
  • Self- and stakeholder management

  • Co-training :

  • Emo-training :
  • Long-lasting impact driven by the emotion experienced by participants during collective practical role plays.
  • Enter-training :
  • Born from the blend of the word “entertain” (capturing interest/engaging) and “training”, referring to active learning. The goal is to capture interest in a positive way to ensure a high-impact, relevant and enjoyable session.

3 / Review of specific training needs :

  • Based on needs expressed by participants
  • Based on the mastery and adoption of behaviours following expert evaluation by the trainer
